Any password-authorized customer/user can post events to your WebScheduler calendar from any Internet-connected PC or PDA. Your users logon to their calendar at your Web site. You control who logs on, and how much of the calendar they see. For example, permission for a customer to view items at other locations can be blocked in the user set-up. WebScheduler provides the third method to communicate. It makes sure "Nothing falls through the cracks!"
Once a customer adds a request for service, your scheduler/dispatcher is alerted by:
- Appearance of a new event (pink) on WebScheduler
- Email is sent automatically to any designated device
The Scheduler/Dispatcher then acknowledges the customer's request on WebScheduler (Click link to view Flash Demo), and simultaneously assigns an employee, technician or subcontractor. Let's call that person a Tech.
